Better Books works in all areas of Melbourne, particularly in the North Eastern Suburbs for onsite work, covering areas such as Eltham, Plenty, Thomastown, Greensborough, Watsonia, Templestowe, Doncaster, Diamond Creek, South Morang, Mill Park, Research, etc. Our team also manages work outside these areas, however we are finding more and more business's are opting for offsite work.
Offsite Work - This is where we look after your accounts from our office, and free your office up of all the paperwork and hassles. We use various means to do this, we can log directly into your server and perform the work required on your program in your office - no need to send files back and forth, or we obtain your data file and source documents and process the data and return your files, sorted and filed.

I started this company in 2005 after working many years in a family business, doing both the book work and some of the physical labour. As life happens, my circumstances changed, and I found myself needing to professionalise my bookkeeping skills. So I went back to school to gain the knowledge and the qualifications that would allow me to confidently and competently do bookwork for other businesses.
After working for sometime as an employee, I took the plunge and started my own company. It has been hard work to establish my name and reputation, but I believe I have succeeded.
I believe in delivering to my clients value for money and an honest job, so I am constantly learning and upgrading my skills.
The Team - Anbreen and Leanne
I am fortunate to have a team that know what they are doing. My staff are both qualified and experienced. They have a 'can do' attitude, and are not affraid to take on new tasks. They are a pleasure to work with and my clients love them.
Anbreen has an accountancy degree, and an eye for detail. She is a steady worker, that ensures her work is right.
Leanne, also has an eye for detail and great focus on the job at hand.
A chain is only as good as its weakest link, and thus I am proud that my links are strong, thus my company is growing stronger and stronger.
